Abstract

L'invention concerne un support pour biopuce comprenant un substrat supportant, sur une première face, au moins une couche poreuse de matériau, ladite couche étant destinée à assurer la fixation de molécules biologiques sur ladite couche et dans son volume, ledit support étant caractérisé en ce que ladite couche est une couche mince optique de matériau préparé par voie sol-gel et dont l'indice de réfraction est inférieur à l'indice de réfraction du substrat.L'invention concerne également un procédé de greffage de molécules biologiques sur et dans la couche mince de matériau préparé par voie sol-gel sur la première face du support pour biopuce. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :- préparation d'un sol destiné à fournir le matériau sol-gel,- incorporation des bio-molécules dans le matériau au cours de sa préparation,- greffage des bio-molécules dans le matériau au cours de sa préparation,- dépôt d'une couche mince dudit sol sur la première face du substrat,- obtention de la couche mince de matériau sol-gel à partir de la couche mince de sol.Enfin, un mode de réalisation particulier du procédé de greffage comprend en outre une étape de structuration de la couche mince de matériau sol-gel pour obtenir un réseau de plots ou de cuvettes sur tout ou partie du support de biopuce.
