Abstract

Mélangeuse à cuve sphérique et arbre horizontal, destinée à mélanger des ingrédients pulvérulents, liquide ou pâteux.L'invention, concerne un dispositif permettant d'homogénéiser plusieurs ingrédients en diminuant le temps de mélange quelque soit son niveau de remplissageElle est constituée d'une cuve sphérique (1) qui tourne librement sur un arbre horizontal (2), équipé de bras (3) à l'extrémité desquels sont disposées des pales (4) inclinées à 45° par rapport à l'axe du bras et 30° par rapport à l'axe de l'arbre. Ce système permet ainsi de vidanger la cuve par retournement grâce à son système d'entraînement par une roue dentée (6) reliée à un groupe moto-réducteur indépendant (5) du système d'entraînement de l'arbre (13).Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à mélanger des ingrédients qui peuvent se présenter sous différentes formes, densités et granulométries.
