Abstract

The teat, having a tip with a thin end that has a main slit with lips (24) that form a main opening (26) in the feed position, has an additional transverse slit (20) across at least one end of the main slit that can form a secondary opening when the main opening is closed. The transverse slits are C-shaped, with concave sides facing one another, and connect in the middle with the main slit.
