Abstract

The rudder bar comprises ropes (6) surrounding a central rotating tube (4). Two lateral tubes (1) are separated from the central tube by two bearings (2). The kite lines (8) are fixed to the lateral tubes and to the upper ends of the rope. The lower ends of the rope are connected to the user. The kite power is managed by pushing or pulling the lateral tubes which rotate the central tube by the simultaneous unwinding and winding of the rope around the tube.
