Abstract

Floating structure comprises vertical body (1) comprising sealed cylinders, latticework (2) for connecting the sealed cylinders, hollow base (3) having sealed vessels (4), sealed operations bridge (5) having central opening, actuation mechanism (7) allowing sliding of vertical body through the operations bridge, and locking device for operations bridge in upper part of vertical body. The sealed vessels (4) of the hollow base (3) and the vertical body can be filled with water (15). The vertical body can have a sealed intermediate base. The operations bridge (5) has a moveable section that can be displaced above the central opening, and has auxiliary columns sunk into the water. The latticework (2) and the base (3) have guide pieces for pipes connecting the operations bridge to the bottom of the sea. Ballast (14) is installed in the hollow base (3). The mechanism for sliding the vertical body (1) through the operations bridge comprises a motor-driven gears acting on a rack, or double-acting jacks with broachings, or cable-based sliding systems.
