Abstract

The bags each comprises a perforation (3) and are joined together by a strap having a central hole (5) and several fastening points. The dispenser comprises a support (10) formed from a vertical support plate (19) with two pins (14) on which the bags are suspended through their perforations. The dispenser also has a stop plate (7) on the support.
