Abstract
Description
L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des moyens de retenue de disques compacts ou similaire, du type audio ou vidéo. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne les boîtiers du type de ceux présentant directement lors de leur fabrication, d'une manière monobloc, au moins un volet articulé présentant des moyens aptes à assurer la retenue du disque. Généralement, ces moyens sont constitués par des ergots ou languettes disposés circulairement et déformables par élasticité sous un effort de pression. Ces ergots ou languettes sont destinés à coopérer avec le trou central du disque. Les extrémités des ergots ou languettes présentent des formes de retenue coopérant avec le bord correspondant du disque au niveau de sa partie centrale. De plus en plus, les boîtiers, quelle que soit leur forme de réalisation, reçoivent, directement ou d'une manière rapportée, des jaquettes publicitaires et/ou d'identification, sous forme de feuilles, feuillets, ... Dans le cas de boîtiers en polypropylène ou autre matière équivalente et non transparente, les jaquettes sont fixées, par tout moyen connu et approprié, à l'extérieur du boîtier. La fixation s'effectue par exemple par collage ou directement lors du moulage du boîtier. Ou bien la jaquette est simplement positionnée en regard des faces extérieures du boîtier en y étant maintenue par un film en matière plastique transparente rapporté et fixé périphériquement sur les facss extérieures d boîtier. Quelle que soit la solution, on conçoit que cette opération de mise en place et de fixation de la jaquette à l'extérieur du boîtier augmente sensiblement les coûts. Dans le cas de boîtiers en polystyrène de cristal, c'est-à-dire en matière transparente, et éventuellement dans le cas de boîtier en polypropylène transparent, le feuillet publicitaire et/ou d'identification peut être inséré à l'intérieur du boîtier en bénéficiant de l'effet de transparence. Le maintien en position du feuillet s'effectue généralement au moyen de languettes formées en débordement de la face interne du boîtier considéré. Toutefois, étant donné, comme indiqué, que les moyens de retenue sont formés en débordement de la face interne de l'autre volet pour coopérer avec le trou central du disque, la mise en place d'un feuillet, dans les conditions indiquées, au niveau du volet équipé desdits moyens de retenue, n'est pas possible. Pour cette raison, les boîtiers en matière plastique transparente, comme c'est le cas particulièrement des boîtiers en polystyrène de cristal, reçoivent par clipage, ou de manière articulée, une plaque support indépendante et rapportée connue sous le nom de tray et équipée des moyens de retenue coopérant avec le trou central du disque. Il apparaît donc, compte tenu de cet état de la technique, qu'il n'est pas possible de disposer un feuillet publicitaire et/ou d'identification à l'intérieur de chacun des volets du boîtier pour bénéficier d'un effet de transparence de ce dernier afin que les feuillets soient lisibles de l'extérieur du boîtier, sauf à utiliser une plaque indépendante rapportée présentant des moyens de retenue, ce qui augmente les coûts. L'invention s'est fixée pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients, de manière simple, sûre, efficace et rationnelle. Le problème que se propose de résoudre l'invention est de pouvoir insérer une feuille, feuillet ou autre élément publicitaire et/ou d'identification à l'intérieur des volets d'un boîtier, avantageusement mais non exclusivement, en matière plastique transparente et sans être obligé de mettre en oeuvre une plaque rapportée présentant des agencements de retenue du disque. Pour résoudre un tel problème, il a été conçu et mis au point un boîtier de rangement pour disques compacts audio et/ou vidéo comprenant au moins un volet présentant des agencements pour le maintien du disque, remarquable en ce que - le volet présente une surface plane d'appui totalement lisse, plane et exempt de toute aspérité ; - la surface plane d'appui présente, sur au moins deux côtés, un rebord périphérique dont l'un d'entre eux au moins est équipé directement d'agencements aptes à coopérer avec au moins une zone de la périphérie du disque. Avantageusement, pour assurer une bonne tenue du disque, les agencements de retenue du disque sont formés en débordement de deux rebords opposés du volet. Pour résoudre le problème posé d'assurer la mise en place du disque, les agencements de retenue de chacun des rebords sont déformables par élasticité.
