Abstract

The chest has a Peltier heat pump (MP) and a vacuum pump (PV) to maintain the comestible qualities of the bread in a warmed enclosure. A second enclosure is held under vacuum for the preservation of wine and cheeses in refrigerated and temperature controlled conditions.
