L'invention qui se situe dans le domaine technique de l'encadrement concerne les agrafes destinées à fixer entre elles les parties du cadre, et porte plus précisément sur une cartouche d'agrafes de type particulier à système de positionnement intégré. The invention, which lies in the technical field of framing, relates to staples intended to fix the parts of the frame together, and more specifically relates to a staple cartridge of a particular type with an integrated positioning system.
On sait que de telles agrafes profilées sont au fur et à mesure de leur fabrication, placées les unes contre les autres à l'intérieur d'un chargeur qui se présente comme un réceptacle allongé. Le rôle de ce chargeur est de conditionner ainsi un paquet d'agrafes et de faciliter leur manutention, mais aussi de servir de distributeur dans les machines à agrafer les cadres. Le chargeur s'engage alors dans une glissière de la machine et un poussoir amène au fur et à mesure les agrafes du chargeur à l'aplomb du dispositif de cloutage. Mais puisque la machine d'agrafage est en mesure d'utiliser des agrafes de différentes hauteurs, en fonction bien entendu des dimensions et épaisseurs des cadres à réaliser, il faut un chargeur approprié pour chaque dimension d'agrafe. Ou encore il faut que le chargeur standard dispose de moyens internes de réglage en hauteur de telle sorte que la partie tranchante des agrafes soit toujours positionnée de façon identique par rapport a la tête de cloutage de la machine. Les agrafes sont solidarisées entre elles à l'aide de simples barrettes latérales 3 auxquelles elles sont collées par leur tranche latérale. Les barrettes ont des dimensions et un profil leur permettant de s'adapter aux glissières des machines d'agrafage. Ainsi, avantageusement, chaque barrette 3 se présente comme un jonc rigide de section rectangulaire dont la face inférieure 4 sert de référence pour le positionnement de la barrette dans la machine et forme un épaulement situé à une hauteur "h" au dessous du plan supérieur 5 des agrafes 2, c'est-à-dire au dessous de leur partie tranchante. Grâce à ces épaulements la cartouche 1 dispose de son propre positionnement et l'épaisseur "el" de la barrette est telle qu'elle peut s'engager dans la glissière de la machine, sur laquelle elle repose par lesdits épaulements. La partie supérieure 5 de la barrette 3 affleure le niveau supérieur des agrafes. Donc, quelle que soit la hauteur des agrafes, on fixe aisément les barrettes et la cartouche s'adapte automatiquement à la machine. On voit à la figure 3 que les agrafes 2 peuvent avoir des hauteurs variables, entre la dimension minimale représentée et des hauteurs diverses matérialisées dans l'espace A. Les barrettes, simples et peu coûteuses à réaliser, remplacent donc les chargeurs habituels.
