Abstract

The cycle anti-theft support comprises a convex hood (1) rigidly fixed to the top part of a tube (2) sliding on the ground tube (3). The hood covers and protects the cycle saddle when the tube and convex piece are lowered by the user. Displacement of the tube relative to the saddle tube can be locked in a given position by a locking screw (8). Displacement of the tube is assisted by a gas actuator which supports and holds the tube in the top position when the cycle support is not in use. A mask (5) which slides along the tub is drilled with a hole allowing passage of a padlock for locking movement of the locking screw.
