Abstract

The invention relates to a means of collecting and conveniently disposing of the needles of a Christmas tree without the risk of injury. It consists of a bag with an opening (2) into which the trunk of the Christmas tree (3) will be placed. When the Christmas tree has served its purpose, the edges of the bag are simply lifted up to enclose the Christmas tree and then closed. The bag and contents can then simply be thrown away.
