Woven composite including T.I.F. (thermoplastic impregnated fibre) and metal wires. The invention lies in the combined use of these two materials, which give a new material that is: - strong and light - flexible in use for its forming (requiring no mould or countermould).

Cette association permet de créer un nouveau matériau avec des caractéristiques techniques (mécaniques, physiques...) intéressantes.This association makes it possible to create a new material with interesting technical characteristics (mechanical, physical ...).

Ce nouveau matériau à une bonne résistance à la flexion, traction, compression grace au F.I.T, l'association du métal permet de renforcer ces propriétés mécaniques et apporte en plus une grande souplesse d'utilisation pour le for mage.This new material has good resistance to bending, traction, compression thanks to F.I.T, the combination of metal makes it possible to reinforce these mechanical properties and also provides great flexibility of use for forming.

-Formage:
L'innovation réside dans le fait que ce matériau ne nécessite pas forcément un moule et un contre-moule pour prendre une forme quelconque.
-Forming:

On peut le former également manuellement: Le métal étant flexible mais suffisament rigide pour rester en forme en attendant le "chauffage".It can also be formed manually: The metal being flexible but sufficiently rigid to stay in shape while waiting for "heating".

-Passage à l'étuve:
Le matériau ainsi formé est chauffé, les fibres en fondant se mélangent et englobent les fils de métal pour former une structure qui se rigidifie en se refroidissant.
