Abstract

The subject of the invention is a rolling trolley with lifting platform for transporting items of furniture with underframes, such as chairs. This trolley, supporting a wheeled chassis supporting a lifting platform is characterised in that the "overall" size of the platform (4) and of the trolley is substantially smaller than the volume inside the underframe of a stackable chair, the trolley being equipped with means (20, 22) for holding the chairs, the said means overhanging the platform (4) and being associated with the lifting means (8), jacking-up the platform (4) causing the chairs to be held, and vice versa.
