Abstract

The cable fixing device secures cables (1) via spade terminals (2), on the ends of the cables, which are held by the screw (4) and the nut (3). The nut may be soldered when tightened. The screw and nut are mounted in a casing (5) made of insulating material and incorporates a transverse partition (8). The purpose of the partition is to prevent the casing pivoting with respect to the nut. The partition also prevents the spade terminals from turning around the axis of the screw.
