Les capuchons 11 recouvrent toute la partie exposée des touches 9, traversent les orifices du capot 5 et comprennent un épaulement à l'intérieur du capot 5, qui permet de retenir les touches 9 à l'encontre de la poussée des touches 3 du clavier.
