Abstract

The invention relates to an iron having a symmetrical shape comprising three points and a handle of circular shape. It consists of a sole-plate (1) comprising three points (4) (5) (6); two (4) (5) are identical and have an acute angle, the third (6) having an obtuse angle. The design of this iron makes the task easier by decreasing the number of movements for the precise operations on the one hand, by virtue of the existence of two symmetrical points (4) (5), and for large areas by virtue of the wide point (6). The product according to the invention is particularly intended for the domestic ironing of linen (laundry).
