Abstract

The invention relates to a vertical incinerator for powdered solid products, liquid or gaseous products. It comprises superimposed vertical chambers for combustion (7), pyrolysis (11), and post-combustion or settling (15) on an ashbox (19). A double jacket (3) makes it possible to heat up the combustion air (6) and cool down the refractories (2). It can incinerate these products together or separately. Amongst the most beneficial applications of the invention, mention may be made of the treatment of percolation juices, effluents (waste water), biogas and agricultural and industrial powdered waste.
