Abstract

The invention relates to an adjustable system for suspending documents of different sizes. It consists of a plurality of clamp bodies 1 each having an internal cutout through which the gripper cylinder 2 is introduced. The clamp body is fastened to the vertical wall by means of a double-sided adhesive 3. The clamp body may comprise an orifice through which a runner cylinder 4 passes; some clamp bodies can then be allowed to slide 5, while others remain fixed 1; the system is thus even more adjustable.

La présente invention concerne un système de suspension de document utilisant le principe de serrage par rouleau
Le système selon l'invention comporte au minimum deux corps de pince présentant une découpe interne à travers laquelle est introduit le cylindre de serrage . Ainsi quand l'utilisateur veut suspendre un document, il détermine le nombre de corps de pince, I'écartement des corps de pince et la longueur du cylindre de serrage en fonction du format désiré . Le document est alors serré en plusieurs points et peut donc avoir des dimensions importantes .La fixation des corps de pince sur paroie verticale est assurée par un adhésif double face

En référence à ces dessins le système comprend au minimum deux corps de pince (1) traversés par un cylindre de serrage (2) .Chaque corps de pince a une forme de base rectangulaire à l'intérieur de iaquelle une découpe est faite en trois plans - le plan (a) est en partie externe ; il favorise le positionnement et le glissement du document dans un plan vertical - le plan (b) assure un écartement suffisant pour le fonctionnement du cylindre de serrage (2); lors de l'introduction du document, le cylindre de serrage se trouve retenu dans la partie basse de la découpe; le document d'une épaisseur variable (plusieurs mm) rentre en contact avec le cylindre et entraîne la rotation de celui-ci vers le haut ; le document en place, la force de gravitée et les tensions exercées provoquent la rotation du cylindre en sens inverse, donc un serrage du document - le plan (c) est incliné d'un angle précis pc, fonction des matériaux utilisés . Si l'angle est trop important l'adhérence du cylindre sur le plan incliné est faible ;le cylindre tourne dans le vide . Si l'angle Oc est trop faible, le serrage est trop important ; il est très difficile d'extraire le document . Le calcul de l'angle oc fait donc partie d'une étude précise . Exemple : pour un.corps de pince en polyméthacrylate de méthyle (Altuglas) et un cylindre en PA66 (Nylon), . =150
Selon une variante illustrée figure 3 le corps de pince (1) peut comporter un orifice à travers lequel passe un deuxième cylindre (4) qui sert de tringle coulissante ; certains corps de pince (5) sont alors libres de coulisser, d'autres restent fixes (i) ; le cylindre de serrage (2) peut être morcellé . Le système acquiert de la mobilité; ii est plus modulable en fonction des formats de document
Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à suspendre sur paroie verticale des documents tout format sans détérioration

With reference to these drawings the system comprises at least two clamp bodies (1) crossed by a clamping cylinder (2). Each clamp body has a rectangular base shape inside which a cut is made in three planes - the plan (a) is partly external; it favors the positioning and the sliding of the document in a vertical plane - the plane (b) ensures sufficient spacing for the operation of the clamping cylinder (2); during the introduction of the document, the clamping cylinder is retained in the lower part of the cutout; the document of variable thickness (several mm) comes into contact with the cylinder and causes it to rotate upwards; the document in place, the force of gravity and the tensions exerted cause the cylinder to rotate in the opposite direction, therefore a tightening of the document - the plane (c) is inclined at a precise angle pc, depending on the materials used. If the angle is too large, the adhesion of the cylinder to the inclined plane is weak; the cylinder rotates in a vacuum.
