Abstract

The flame laminating device according to the invention comprises two burners 28, 33 and three press-rolls 3, 4, 5 delimiting the path of the laminating foam 25 and the material or materials, for example the fabrics 26, 27, to be laminated, to one or other face or to both faces of the foam 25. The axes 17, 19, 24 of the press-rolls are parallel and substantially in the same vertical plane. The central roll 3 is fixed in position; the upper roll 4 and the lower roll 5 are each equipped with cylinder actuators 14, 20 capable of moving the said roll vertically between two positions, a first position called the retracted position, where it is distant from the central roll 3, and a second position called the contact position, where it is close to to the central roll 3, and limit stops capable of accurately adjusting the nip (separation) of the said roll 4, 5 in relation to the central roll 3 in the contact position.

La présente invention concerne le contre-collage à la flamme dans
lequel une premiére bande continue d'une mousse thermofusible est
déroulée continûment devant la flamme d'au moins un brflleur
faisant toute la largeur de la bande avant d'être appliquée sur
une seconde bande continue d'un matériau , par exemple textile,
moyennant quoi la partie superficielle thermofondue de la mousse
réalise le collage de la mousse sur le textile. Elle concerne plus
particulièrement un dispositif de contre-collage équipé de trois
cylindres de pression et de moyens de réglage desdits cylindres en
fonction des paramètres de fonctionnement du dispositif et
notamment de l'épaisseur de la mousse.

Dispositif de contre-collage à la flamme du type comprenant trois cylindres de pression délimitant le parcours du ou des matériaux notamment textiles et de la mousse de contre-collage et deux broyeurs (28,33) , caractérisé en ce que les axes(17,19,24) des cylindres (3,4,5) étant parallèles et sensiblement sur le même plan vertical , le cylindre central (3) est fixe et les deux cylindres supérieur (4) et inférieur (5) sont équipés de vérins (14,20) aptes à déplacer verticalement ledit cylindre entre deux positions , une première position dite de retrait où il est éloigné du cylindre central (3) et une seconde position dite de contact où il est rapproché du cylindre central (3) , et de butées , aptes à régler précisément l'écartement dudit cylindre (4,5) par rapport au cylindre central (3) dans la position de contact. 1.
