Abstract

Le tricot chaîne à effet de bouclette irrégulière sur les deux faces est, selon l'invention, caractéristique en ce que les bouclettes irrégulières sur les deux faces sont réalisées lors du tricotage par le fil de la même barre. De préférence il est émerisé sur les deux faces et présente un aspect ratiné. Le procédé de fabrication consiste à tricoter avec pour le fil formant bouclette un débit plus élevé de 40 à 50 % par rapport au débit du même fil sans effet, avec pour le fil de fond un débit plus élevé de 4 à 6 %, et à régler le métier de sorte que le fil boucle alternativement et irrégulièrement du côté endroit et du côté envers du tricot. Ce réglage consiste par exemple à augmenter la profondeur d'abattage et le crochetage.
