Abstract

The lining for trickle irrigation is composed of at least two shaped segments, that is to say a flat segment A and a 3-D segment B joined in an assembly unit. The flat segment A of the lining is composed of longitudinally grooved flat elements, in which the longitudinal grooves are terminated by a transverse groove. Every element has a flat surface on the edges. The three-D element B is composed of left b and right b' elements which are alternately inserted, one having the appearance of a regular reflection of the other. Each three-D element is formed by a hypersurface situated above the orthogonal projection of the element, advantageously formed by the surface defined in a straight manner 4 and 4' in the form of a hyperbolic paraboloid, bounded on the two shortest opposite sides by oblique surfaces, advantageously by planes, and having in the opposite corners planes of contact with the neighbouring segments. The surface defined in a straight manner is advantageously grooved crosswise by two families of hyperbolic paraboloids.

Description

RUNNING REFRIGERANT TRIM
The subject of the present invention is a trickling watering coating made of plastic material for heat exchangers without membranes, especially for countercurrent and forced draft refrigerants.

The Polish patent application No. 69064 has a lining for heat exchanger containing superimposed profiled plates forming passage channels. each plate being equipped with double notches implanted in parallel with respect to them and coming out symmetrically from both sides of the plate.

The double notches form an acute angle with the direction of the flow of the liquid, the notches of each plate intersect with the notches of adjacent plates, and the plates come into contact with each other only at the points determined by the interval between the notches of the notches .

The disadvantage of such plates is the low hydrodynamic section of the air flow channels.

More. in the case of such packings, the exchange of mass and heat is not important.

The object of the present invention is to increase the efficiency of the mass and heat exchange process by developing a trickling watering lining allowing a great turbulence of the flow of air passing through the aforesaid lining and having a large surface area. 1 water humidification of the cooling circuit and also a large hydraulic section, from the space between the elements.

According to the invention, the trickling watering packing consists of at least two shaped segments. that is, a flat segment and a space segment coupled to a mounting block.

The flat segment of the lining is composed of longitudinally grooved elements, the longitudinal grooves of which are terminated by a transverse groove, the whole element having a flat surface on the flanges.

The space segment of the lining consists of alternately placed left and right elements, one of which appears as a regular reflection of the other.
Each element of the segment is formed by the hypersurface situated above the orthogonal projection of the element, advantageously formed by the surface determined in a straight manner in the form of a hyperbolic paraboloid, bounded on the two shortest sides opposed by oblique surfaces, advantageously by planes and having in the opposite corners planes of contact with the neighboring segments,
The surface determined in a straight manner is advantageously grooved transversely, in particular by two families of hyperbolic paraboloids in order to obtain a valid rigidity of the framework of the lining and to increase the humidification surface by water.

According to the invention, the trickling watering can be easily coupled into blocks of arbitrary modular dimensions, for example by gluing or by spot welding.

The object of the invention is represented in the drawing in the form of an exemplary embodiment, FIG. 1 representing the flat segment of the trickling watering and the spatial segment with its regular reflection in axonometric view, and FIG. flat element of the flat segment and the spatial element of the spatial segment, and its regular reflection in axonometric view.

B.
