Abstract

The system of connection of the segment shown allows a timber structure intended to be used as an emergency shelter to be quickly mountable and demountable by non-skilled people and by a minimum number of people, to be self-supporting, solid, stable, extendable, unitary, transportable, storable and delivered as a kit. The connection system consists of connecting together the various pieces forming the joint. This joint comprises a central core A onto which are connected as necessary a connection piece for the horizontal segments B, a connection piece for the oblique segments at 45 DEG C, a connection piece for the vertical segments D.
