Abstract

The invention relates to a security container for the transportation of funds, designed so that once closed at its starting point, an electronic device in the form of a coded lock prevents opening thereof for as long as the latter has not been placed in the presence of a CIS device in a safe place, which will be the key to it. Break-in or untimely opening triggers an electromagnet opening a canister of paint which marks the notes. The anti break-in device will either be acoustic, or consist of a wire wound around the container, interruption of which triggers the electromagnet. The CIS opening device in a safe place will give its code to the key and will thus allow opening without triggering the marking. The coding will be transmitted by infrared as soon as the electronic key has identified the container by virtue of a frequency which it emits. The electronic key is contained in a receptacle in which the container is placed, a contact set up between the two triggering the emission of the frequency typical of the container. The application of an erroneous code will give rise to immediate marking. The device according to the invention will particularly relate to the transport of commercial funds to the bank, or from bank to bank.
