Abstract

The invention relates to a device enabling treatment substances to be sprayed onto and diffused over the foliage of plants being grown in rows without loss of substance and with maximum effectiveness. It consists of a box 1 in which circulates blown air which leaves via orifices 2 diffusing the substances sprayed by nozzles. The pivoting 7 of the box makes it possible to move the spray closer to or further away from the foliage.

Description

La présente irvention concerne un dispositif de pulvérisation des produits de traitement sur les feuillages des végétaux cultivés en ligne
Le domaine d'application est la culture en ligne de tous les végétaux, finitions ou ornements, et plus particulièrement la vigne
Les appareils traditionnels de traitement utilisés jusqu'à présent pulvérisent des produits à partir de buses et diffuseurs situés à l'extrémitée des bras articulés . De cette façon les produits sont répartis de deux maniè res
La première manière c'est de traiter par le dessus des végétaux en créant "un nuage" qui est sensé retomber sur le feuillage .C'est vrai pour le dessus mais le bas et les faces des végétaux ne sont jamais régulièrement atteints
De plus dans le cas de vent, le "nuage" se trouve détourné et une bonne partie du produit est perdu
La seconde manière consiste à pulvériser sur chaque face des végétaux
Dans ce cas le feuillage est arrosé irrégulièrement, rarement sur toute la hauteur . En effet le principe des pulvérisateurs répartis sur un bras vertical, ne peut pas tenir compte à la fois des différentes hauteurs des végétaux et des différentes largeurs des "interlignes"
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients I1 comporte en effet un caisson porté par un engin circulant entre les rangs des végétaux (interlignes) .Ce caisson possède deux orifices, qui sont dirigés vers chaque face des végétaux, orifices d'où sortent les produits pulvérisés et diffusés par l'air soufflé
La disposition et la circulation du caisson en "interligne" évitent l'effet de nuage et surtout permettent de traiter le b as des végétaux depuis le sol . Ces deux orifices sont disposés asymétriquement par rapport à l'axe de rotation . La position du caisson pivotant sur l'axe d'asymétrie, permet un réglage avec précision suivant la largeur des rangées ou "interlignes" tout en rapprochant ou éloignant les buses du feuillage
Le caisson est composé de deux troncs de cône . La grande base de ces troncs de cône sont les orifices ou sont fixées les buses de pulvérisation
Les orifices de section rectangulaire ont une paroie mobile permettant le réglage du débit d'air soufflé .La forme des orifices en tronc de cône comme des entonnoirs aplatis utilisés à l'envers, permet une pulvérisation et diffusions parfaites des produits depuis le sol jusqu'au faît des végétaux sans aucune perte et avec un maximum d'efficacité . Selon une forme de réalisation préférentielle, le caisson est équipé d'une hélice mit par un moteur, créant l'air soufflé ou d'une turbine .Selon une variante le caisson peut être pourvu d'uncarter sur lequel sera adapté un conduit d'une soufflerie indépendante

Le dispositif représenté sur la figure 1 comporte un caisson (1) dans lequel circule l'air soufflé, créée par l'hélice (8), air qui sort par les troncs de cône (3) . Les parois (4) sont mobiles à l'aide des vis (5)
Le caisson pivote sur l'axe (7) pour le choix de la position . L'air soufflé circulant dans les troncs de cône (3) diffuse au droit des orifices (2) les produits de traitement pulvérisés par les buses (6)
Dans la forme de réalisation selon la figure 2 ce caisson (1) comporte un carter (10) sur lequel peut être fixée une soufflerie ou une turbine
Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné au traitement des vignes

The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks I1 in fact comprises a box carried by a machine circulating between the rows of plants (lines). This box has two orifices, which are directed towards each face of the plants, orifices of where the sprayed products diffused by the blown air
The arrangement and circulation of the box in "line spacing" avoids the cloud effect and above all makes it possible to treat the base of plants from the ground. These two orifices are arranged asymmetrically with respect to the axis of rotation. The position of the pivoting box on the asymmetry axis allows precise adjustment according to the width of the rows or "lines" while bringing the nozzles closer to or farther from the foliage
The box is made up of two truncated cones. The large base of these truncated cones are the holes where the spray nozzles are attached.
The holes of rectangular section have a movable wall allowing the adjustment of the flow of blown air. The shape of the holes in frustum like flattened funnels used upside down, allows a perfect spraying and diffusion of products from the ground to with plants without any loss and with maximum efficiency. According to a preferred embodiment, the box is equipped with a propeller driven by a motor, creating the blown air or a turbine. According to a variant the box can be provided with a cover on which will be adapted a conduit an independent wind tunnel
