Abstract

The subject of the present invention is a motor vehicle suspension comprising an elastic strip 1 or 1a which is fixed elastically at at least one point, onto the body 2 of the vehicle and one end of which bears on a wheel support arm 5 articulated onto the body 2 whilst its other end bears either on the body, or on a second wheel support arm which is symmetric with the first with respect to the longitudinal axis 12 of the vehicle. According to the invention, the strip 1 or 1a is fixed elastically to the body 2 by means of at least one articulation support 3 secured to the strip, whilst each end of the strip rests on the arm 5 or the body 2 by means of a rubber shoe 4 or 13.
