CETTE BROCHE PERMET SA MISE EN PLACE SANS PREPARATION ET PERMET EGALEMENT GRACE A LA RONDELLE SPECIALE UNE COMPRESSION INSTANTANEE, AUTOMATIQUE, REGLABLE ET ELASTIQUE; CETTE DERNIERE PROPRIETE EST CONSTANTE DANS LE TEMPS.

Description

La prsente invention concerne une broche auto taraudeuse ajustable pour le maintien en compression des fragments osseux.
Cette broche se compose de 2 partiesla première,une tige(l)e; une rondelle(2)type Avdel.La tige(I)se composant elle même de 3 parties, une première pointue(3),une seconde filetée(4) et une dernière(5) lisse :t pour particularitde un diamètre plus petit que la partie filetée (4)
Le matériel présenté offre l'aventage de pouvoir etre introduit sans préparation (perçage, taraudage....)
La rondelle(2)type Avde0 permet d'obtenir aprés glissement sur la partie lisse(5) une compression instantanée automaticuesréglable et pelas -tioue.Cette dernière propriétée est constante par rapport au temps, soit la régénération osseuse. Sa position est stable,aucun artifice n'est nécessaire à son blocage.
La broche (I) penetre dans un seul fragment;une parfaite compression est obtenue grâce à l'appui de la rondelle(2).
De l'utilisation d'un tel systhème,il résulte une sécurité clinique tenant au fait qu'une absence totale d'éclats osseux est observ,contrai- -rement aux méthodes anciennes oui nécessitent un perçage et taraudage préliminaire.

REVENDICATION
1. Cette broche ce carractérise en ce qu'elle est auto pénétrante.
2. Que la rondelle spéciale est réglable, et permet une pression intantannée
