Abstract
The invention relates to a counter-rotating superimposed twin-rotor device with a vertical shaft capable of producing electrical energy using the prevailing wind. It is made up of a vertical shaft 1, fixed by its threading at each end 2 at the lower base, on a chassis 3, as well as, for the upper part, by bolting, of two superimposed 6d and g, counter-rotating 5 rotors 4, clear of one another via their skirts, free to rotate 7, and separated by rolling bearings 10 or magnetic bearings, in order to facilitate their rotational movements. The lower ends of the two skirts include flat or toothed deep-groove or V-groove pulleys 8 for transmission to the pulleys or gears of the attached alternator.
