Abstract

Hydrolyse enzymatique de graisses pour la production de savon ; on effectue l'hydrolyse enzymatique de graisses, en particulier de graisses à point de fusion élevé, telles que le suif de bîoeuf à point de fusion élevé, avec une lipase animale ou végétale non stéréospécifique, en particulier la lipase de graines de ricin, en présence d'environ 10 à 25% en poids d'une huile végétale, telle que l'huile de coco, comme agent émulsionnant, à un pH acide d'environ 4 à 5,5 et à une température ne dépassant pas 50 degrés C, et on récupère avec un rendement élevé des acides gras utiles pour la production de savon.
