Abstract

Actuator for controlling the adjusting member of a machine 1 producing a power, characterised in that it comprises an electromagnetic coupler 3 whose primary shaft 2 is permanently driven by the machine 1, whilst its output shaft 1 constitutes the input shaft of a reversible speed-reducing device 5 comprising at least one secondary shaft 6, 7 provided, on the one hand, with a lever 8 for controlling the adjusting member and, on the other hand, with a detector 13 of the angular stroke of this lever 8. An electronic governor makes it possible to activate the coupler 3 as a function of the displacement offset observed on the output shaft 6, 7 of the reducing device 5 with respect to the position which it occupies for a given speed datum of the machine 1.
