Abstract

L'invention concerne une chaudière à combustible solide comportant un volume de chargement 13 formé par une enveloppe 9 disposée au-dessus d'une chambre de combustion en dessous de laquelle est aménagé un cendrier 6 tandis qu'une chemise 2 de circulation d'eau est prévue autour et à distance de ladite enveloppe en ménageant un espace 12 d'échange thermique pour les gaz de combustion. La chaudière selon l'invention est remarquable en ce que la chambre de combustion est constituée par un foyer 5 en forme de cuvette qui communique avec le cendrier 6 par des ouvertures 21 ménagées dans sa partie basse et qui est pourvu dans sa partie haute de moyens 22, 22' d'alimentation en air primaire tandis que ladite enveloppe est fixée dans la partie supérieure du foyer et que ce dernier et ledit cendrier sont aménagés dans la chaudière de manière telle que les gaz de combustion issus du foyer et du cendrier contournent ledit foyer 5 pour arriver dans l'espace 12 précité d'échange thermique.
