Abstract

The drive cage 13, housing the wound stator 12 of the electromagnetic clutch, is rotationally supported on a tubular extension 4 of a framework 3 in which the driven shaft 1 pivots via a pulley structure 8 comprising a pulley part 7 of small diameter interacting with the roller-contact bearing 6 and a linking web which is flared out towards the outside 9 for being connected to a peripheral part 16 of the drive cage 13, the wound stator 12 being supported via a fixed annular support 11 on the end of the tubular extension 4.
