Abstract

Two-fluid converter, including a casing 12 comprising a bore 14 in which there slides at least one first piston 16 capable of being moved under the effect of the pressure of a first fluid in a first respective circuit, a second piston 26 mounted so as to slide in a pressure chamber 30 of the casing 12 connected to a second respective circuit 32 and capable of being moved by the first piston 16, and a valve means 28, 40, 46 capable of being actuated by the second piston 26 between a first position isolating the pressure chamber 30 from a source 50 of a second pressurised fluid and connecting the pressure chamber 30 to a tank, and a second position isolating the pressure chamber 30 from the tank and connecting it to the source 50 of the second pressurised fluid.
