Abstract

The invention relates to a device permitting the carrying of a bag containing personal objects, without the risk of forgetting, of loss or of theft. It consists of an upper support 2 fastened by a pivot 7 onto a lower support 3 onto which is fastened, at its top part, the bag 4, and at its lower part, a strap 5 held by a pivot 8, this strap being attached to a leg, and in the intermediate part, various small pockets 9, 10, 11, 12. The upper support 2 is either fastened, for example by rivets 6, onto a waistband or a belt 1, or may be separate, via removable means such as slots, or loops. The device may be used by men, women or children.
