Abstract

The invention relates to a floating power station intended to recover energy from the swell. It consists of an inclined plane forming an artificial beach 4 secured to a collection container 11, and a calming chamber 12, the whole thing being supported by a semi-submersible structure 1 with respect to which it can have an adjustable vertical movement. This power station may be used to supply energy to factories or to floating storage, to off-shore platforms, or to built up areas along the shore.
