Abstract

The invention relates to a device offering all the facilities of a drawing apparatus employing articulated parallelograms, up to A2 format. It is more basic and robust in design. It may be placed either on a support adjustable for height, or in the manner of a console on a vertical wall. In the latter case, it can be folded away, in which position it has the appearance of a picture with a moulded frame. It consists of a laterally movable parallel rule 3 and a turntable 4 supported on a board 1. The rule is suspended from a counterweight 2. The device according to the invention is designed for teaching purposes in classes of vocational or other apprenticeship training, or for people having to work at home.
