Abstract

The washer and rinser for lettuce and other leafed-salads or vegetables, consists of a container (E) which can be continuously filled with water. A basket (PA) rotates inside the container (E) which has at least one orifice (F), acting as an overflow for the dirty water. The orifices (F) are positioned below the top (ES) of the container (E).
