Abstract

L'INVENTION CONCERNE UN ELEMENT ABRASIF ROULANT POUR LE VIEILLISSEMENT ARTIFICIEL DE VETEMENTS EN TOILE DITE "JEAN". CET ELEMENT ROULANT EST REALISE EN PIERRE PONCE ARTIFICIELLE AVEC DES AGGLOMERANTS VITRIFIES ET IL PRESENTE UNE FORME CYLINDRIQUE 1 TERMINEE PAR DES TETES 2 EN FORME DE SEGMENTS DE SPHERE.

Description

* 1 _ Elément abrasif roulant pour le vieillissement artificiel
de vêtements en toile dite "JEAN".
Les vêtements faits de toile dite "jean" demandent quelquefois dès l'origine à subir un traitement de vieillissement artificiel destiné à leur conférer l'aspect et les caractéristiques dictés par les exigences de la mode ou du marché Un procédé permettant de réaliser un vieillissement artificiel de ces vêtements consiste dans
un traitement chimique comportant l'utilisation de subs-
tances Mais ces substances sont souvent toxiques ou,
de toute façon, préjudiciables pour l'épiderme humain.
L'invention a au contraire pour but de proposer un élément qui permette d'assurer un traitement correct et efficace de vieillissement artificiel des vêtements
en toile dite "jean" par une action abrasive de roule-
ment et, par conséquent, sans utilisation d'aucune subs-
tance chimique.
Un autre but de l'invention est de proposer un élé-
ment abrasif d'un emploi simple, commode et avantageux
dans les machines à tambour tournant et qui est con-
formé de manière à ne pas entra ner de détérioration
du tissu traité par le vieillissement artificiel.
A cet effet, l'élément abrasif roulant formant l'objet
de l'invention comprend un corps en pierre ponce arti-
ficielle munie dtagglomérants vitrifiés, qui possède une forme cylindrique terminée par des têtes en segments
de sphère ou môme une forme sphérique.
Un mode de réalisation de l'invention sera à présent décrit à titre d'exemple non limitatif en regard des dessins annexés sur lesquels: la figure 1 est une vue en perspective de l'élément suivant l'invention; la figure 2 est une vue de c 8 té de cet élément; et la figure 3 montre un élément équivalent de forme
sphérique.
L'élément en question est constitué par un corps 1 de forme cylindrique terminé par des têtes 2 constituées -2- par des segments sphériques, comme on lta représenté sur la figure 2 ou des têtes qui ne présentent pas
d'arêtes vives.
En variante, le corps 1 de l'élément peut présenter une forme sphérique régulière ou irrégulière, comme
on l'a représenté sur la figure 3.
Dans tous les cas, le corps 1 est réalisé en pierre ponce artificielle, avec des agglomérans abrasifs et
on l'utilise en le plaçant avec les vêtements à trai-
ter dans un tambour tournant.
Le corps 1, en roulant sur et entre les vêtements,
exerce alors sur ces derniers une action abrasive appro-
priée pour vieillir les vêtements artificiellement afin qu'ils présentent l'aspect et les caractéristiques
désirés.

R E V E N D I C A T I O N S
1 Elément abrasif roulant pour le vieillissement artificiel des vêtements en tissu de toile dite "jean",
caractérisé par un corps ( 1) en pierre ponce artifi-
cielle comportant des agglomérants vitrifiés et ayant
une forme cylindrique terminée par des têtes ( 2) arron-
dies ou en forme de segments de sphère.
2. Elément abrasif roulant pour le vieillissement artificiel des vêtements en tissu de toile dite "jean",
caractérisé par un corps ( 1) en pierre ponce artifi-
cielle muni dtagglomérants vitrifiés et ayant une forme
sphérique régulière ou irrégulière.
