Description

The present invention @ for obj @ t a shelter intended to protect @ er the injured, in particular, during road accidents.

Generally when a collision occurs on a highway, for example, the injured are placed on the side of the highway and put on them a garment or blanket to protect them while waiting for help.

Often these wounded suffer making this- expectation of bad weather: rain, wind, etc .... Worse still when help has arrived, these wounded are not immediately transported because they must be examined on the spot; or immediately provide them with the care their condition requires, in which case the injured and first-aid workers with all the inconvenience this entails continue to be exposed to the weather.

The object of the invention is to remedy this state of choose by proposing a shelter specially designed to be easily transported, stored and assembled while having significant accessibility.

The shelter according to the invention consists of a tent which can be folded and unfolded by means of an instantaneous opening system similar to that of an umbrella, of known type, of polygonal shape, comprising openings allowing easy accessibility to inside to take care of the wounded. Advantageously, the interlining can be made of a phosphorescent and waterproof material; In the openings, there are three possibilities, each of which can be separated from the assembly.

Additional details and advantages will appear on reading the following description of one of the preferred embodiments of the invention and on reading the attached drawing in which: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the deployed shelter
according to the invention
Figure 2 is a view showing said sheltered shelter.

Referring to Figure 1, we see that the shelter 1, according to the invention is constituted by a fabric 2, resting on a frame 3 shaped to give it the shape of a dsme low polygonal. In the example shown, the base forms a hexagon.

The frame 3 on which the fabric 2 is sewn is formed by six fiberglass ribs 4 with articulations made of plastic controlled by a system 5 identical to those of known type of umbrella.

Canvas 2 is polyester coated with polyurethane, red and white colors. The shelter 1 according to the invention further comprises three openings, 6 to 120 0, provided with slide fasteners 7, allowing their opening in three possibilities. From above or on both sides.

Hanging movens 8 are provided on the device 5 ensuring the deployment or folding of the fabric '2 so as to allow the availability of perfusion bottles or lighting means if necessary
At the end of the breaths 4 points 9 are provided for naked shelter l according to the invention is well plugged and may be bare on the ground. By way of e-example, the shelter according to the invention can be about 1.20 meters high by 2.20 meters in diameter on the ground. Once folded, as shown in Figure 2, the shelter according to the invention can be arranged inside a cover and in this case the size is 25 x 70 centimeters by 12 centimeters in height. The weight of the set is two kilograms
Of course, it is also possible to provide a floor mat, but in this case it is necessary to be able to move the injured in order to place them on it, which is rarely the case.

Similarly as shown in Figure 1 the shelter may include a window II on one or more sides where there are no openings 6.This window is made of translucent polyester sounle. Shelter according to the invention allows three people to give care to one or two wounded arranged in its center without fear of bad weather. At the upper part of the device 5 can be arranged a rotating beacon so that the whole is clearly visible laughs away.

Of course, it is possible to make various modifications to the invention, for example, as to the shape without, however, departing from the scope of said invention.
