Abstract

The appts. has two motors (2,3) mounted on a base (1), driving two mixer-centrifuges (4,5). A further motor drives an ice crushing device and a fruit press (8). The user puts blocks of ice into a funnel (6), and using a hand lever presses it against cutting blades. Slices or crushed ice then fall into the container (11) below. If the two mixers (4,5) are being used, then the ice may be mixed with the fruit pulp at the same time. The machine may be used for a variety of preparations - providing natural fruit juice, or sorbets. The mixers and cutters work at high speed, making it suitable for professional use.

L'objet de l'invention concerne un appareil destiné à la confection instantanée de boissons à base de jus de fruits frais. The object of the invention relates to an apparatus intended for the instant preparation of drinks based on fresh fruit juice.
