Description

La présente invention concerne des panneaux composites isolants porteurs permettant la réalisation de l'isolation thermique de toitures de bâtiments.
Parmi les matériaux connus de ce genre, on distingue des complexes associant en général un matériau a très fort pouvoir isolant, du type matiere plastique alvéolaire, à un ou deux parements en matériaux possédant de bonnes caractéristiques mécaniques. De tels panneaux composites peuvent être utilisés pour réaliser l'isolation thermique de toitures plates ou inclinées. Ces panneaux possèdent en général des caractéristiques mécaniques (en particulier une résistance en flexion) suffisantes pour être utilisés en tant que panneaux porteurs supports d'étanchéité ou panneaux porteurs supports de toiture.
Une famille de ces produits est constituée d'une âme en polystyre- ne expansé avec deux parements en fibragglo (fibres de bois agglomérées avec un liant hydraulique). L'épaisseur de l'amie isolante et des parements en fibragglo est telle que les caractéristiques d'isolation thermique et de résistance mécanique recherchées soient atteintes.
En général ces panneaux composites porteurs sont posés sur les chevrons constituant la toiture. En sous-face les panneaux isolants sont apparents et leur état de surface reste brut ; mais ils peuvent aussi recevoir une finition, une peinture ou un revêtement.
Les produits de ce genre comportent plusieurs inconvénients, en ce qui concerne
- l'aspect des parements : l'état de surfaceXdu fibragglo est tel qu'il faut presque systématiquement mettre en place en sous-face de la toiture un revêtement de finition. Une seule couche de peinture n'est pas toujours suffisante et on est souvent amené à mettre en oeuvre un revêtement de plâtre, un lambris ou un parement dissimulant l'aspect du fibragglo,
- la perméabilité à la vapeur d'eau : les complexes connus de ce genre ne comportent pas d'écran pare-vapeur,
- la perméabilité à l'air : les panneaux étant posés à joints vifs et le matériau fibragglo étant perméable à l'air de part sa composition, l'étanchéité à l'air de la toiture réalisée n, est pas automati
o quement assurée.
Le panneau composite isolant suivant l'invention permet d'éviter ces inconvénients. En effet, une des faces du panneau composite isolant est constituée d'une plaque de plâtre cartonnée pouvant comporter un écran pare-vapeur.
Le panneau composite, objet de l'invention, comporte une âme en matériau isolant thermique, en général une mousse plastique alvéolaire d'épaisseur 20 à 200 mn. Le parement supérieur est constitué par une couche continue en fibragglo (bois résineux aggloméré au liant hydraulique), permettant par exemple de maçonner directement les toitures réalisées en tuiles canal.
Le parementinférieur peut être constitué de différentes manières.
Il s'agit soit d'une couche de fibragglo et d'une couche de plâtre cartonné munie éventuellement d'un écran pare-vapeur, soit d'une couche de plâtre cartonné avec ou sans pare-vapeur, soit d'une feuille de contreplaqué et d'une couche de plâtre cartonné avec ou sans pare-vapeur.
L'épaisseur totale-du parement inférieur peut varier de 10 a 50 mm. Les dimensions du panneau objet de l'invention sont en général de 2,00 m x 0,50 m ou0,60 m.
Le panneau composite isolant tel que décrit ci-dessus est en général fabrique en usine par contre-collage des différents constituants. Sur chantier les panneaux suivant l'invention sont posés à joints vifs et un rejointoiement est effectué ultérieurement en sous-face, ce qui permet de constituer-une surface lisse, continue, imperméable l'air.
-Le dessin annexé illustre titre d'exemple un mode de réalisation du panneau conforme l'invention. Tel qu'il est représenté en coupe, le panneau comporte une âme en polystyrene expansé (1), un parement supérieur en fibragglo (2), un parement inférieur constitué d'une couche de fibragglo (3), d'un écran pare-vapeur (4) et d'une plaque de plâtre cartonné (5).
Le panneau isolant, objet de l'invention, peut être utilisé dans tous les cas ou l'on veut réaliser l'isolation thermique des toitures plates ou inclinées l'aide de panneaux isolants porteurs permettant d'obtenir une sous-face lisse prête a peindre ou tapisser, constituant une surface imperméable à l'air et sans joints apparents, et procurant une surface permettant par exemple de maçonner directement les toitures réalisées en tuiles canal.

Claims (4)

REVENDiCATIONS
1. Panneau composite isolant porteur permettant de réaliser l'isolation
thermique de toitures de bâtiments, constitué essentiellement d'une
âme en polystyrène expansé (1) et d'un parement supérieur en fibrag
glo (2) caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un parement inférieur
constitué d'une plaque de plâtre cartonné (5) collée en usine permet
tant de réaliser une sous-face de toiture lisse, continue et imper
méable l'air.
2. Panneau composite isolant suivant la revendication 2 caractérisé par
le fait que la plaque de plâtre cartonné (5) comporte un écran pare
vapeur (4).
3. Panneau composite isolant suivant les revendications 1 et 2 caracté
risé par le fait qutune couche de fibragglo (3) est intercalée entre
l'amie en polystyrène expansé et la plaque de plâtre cartonné ou entre
l'amie en polystyrène et l'écran pare-vapeur.
4. Panneau composite isolant suivant les revendications 1 et 2 caracté
risé par le fait qu'unè couche de contreplaqué est intercalée entre
l'amie en polystyrène et la plaque de plâtre cartonné ou entre l'amie
en polystyrène et l'écran pare-vapeur.
