Abstract

The metal, pref. steel, fastener for securing, e.g. wooden panelling in position, has two small plates situated in two planes and joined through a connecting bridge. One of the plates has pointed teeth towards its ends which can be driven into the panel pref. into the bottom of a groove in the panel edge. The second plate has anchorage teeth, outside the plane of the plate, which wedge into the fixed channel. The fastener allows gradual movement of the panel into position by lightly swinging the panel.
