Abstract

Amortisseur pour véhicule. L'amortisseur selon la présente invention comporte un tube 12 rempli d'un fluide hydraulique et un piston 16 divisant le tube 12, en une chambre supérieure et une chambre inférieure, le piston étant fixé à l'une des extrémités d'une tige 26 de piston de manière à être déplacé jusqu'à une position basse, quand l'amortisseur subit une compression, et jusqu'à une position haute quand il subit une extension. Un compartiment 56 est formé à l'intérieur dudit piston et une multiplicité de premiers passages 64 est formée pour faire communiquer la chambre supérieure avec le compartiment 56, lesdits premiers passages s'etendant en hélice pour que le fluide se trouvant dans ladite chambre puisse se décharger dans le compartiment à travers ce dernier sous la forme d'un vortex de telle sorte que la pression du fluide diminue et que le choc ayant engendré le déplacement du piston est absorbé. Des seconds passages 70 sont en outre formés dans le piston pour faire communiquer le compartiment 56 avec la chambre inférieure.Shock absorber for vehicle.
