Abstract

The distributor has its speed controlled and programmed either automatically or manually and has a variable controlled height. The receptacle holding the granulate is vibrated in a horizontal direction and the rate at which granules leave the receptacle is controlled for all heights. The granules pass down a duct with concentric regulating elements superimposed and telescopic. The device that regulates distribution at all heights is a flexible sleeve between support rollers that pinch it and restrict the film of granules. The position of the sleeve is defined by electrical contacts and its movement controlled by a relay connected to an level detector inside the supply hopper.
