The plate (16) has two retaining ends (14, 15) into which the ends (12, 13) of the metalstrip (8) supporting the arm (3) and the frame (1) are inserted. The ends (12, 13) of the strip are bevelled. The gap between the two ends (14, 15) of the plate (16) are such that one of the ends (12, 13) of the strip (8) can be removed from the corresponding end. The top end (15) is deeper than the bottom end (14).
