Abstract

The fixing is for water skis (1) and is joined to a plate (2) with rubber fittings (3, 4) for the user's foot. The plate is joined to the ski by two extensible straps (3, 4) so that, in case of a fall, the plate can turn on the ski but then returns to its normal position, so that the skier is ready to start again. The straps are fixed to the front (9) and back (10) of the plate and extend along the longitudinal axis of the ski. They can be fixed just to the back or under the plate.
