Abstract

L'invention concerne un ressort à boudin composé renforcé de fibres de carbone. Selon l'invention, il se compose d'une structure 10 de ressort à boudin formée de fibres tressées de carbone 15 avec une certaine quantité de résine servant de matrice sensiblement continue pour les fibres tressées, ces fibres de carbone étant tressées à un angle de l'ordre de plus ou moins 30 degrés à plus ou moins 60 degrés par rapport à l'axe de la tresse. L'invention s'applique notamment aux ressorts pour l'industrie automobile et diverses industries mécaniques.
