Abstract

The vehicle steering wheel which has, enclosed in plastics when moulded, a hub (5) connected to the arms. The hub fixes to the steering shaft. The hub has an exterior polygonal radial section and a housing in the radial section for a plate (1) also forming the arms. The housing is bowl shaped and made by folding webs (8) cut out of the centre. Each web has a claw (14) which is inserted in a throat in te hub base side face. The rim is a profile formed by rolling the centre of the sheet part making up the webs.
