Abstract

Elle comprend : un système de poussée axiale du fourreau repère 2 dans le corps repère 3 composé d'une vis repère 4 et de son écrou repère 5, le fourreau tient lieu de porte-écrou de ce fait il reçoit la poussée et il renferme la broche de travail repère 1. Le fourreau de forme générale cylindrique comporte des portées à usage de plages de roulement pour des patins à galets ou pour des galets qui peuvent être préchargés au moyen de cales de forme ajustées. Ils sont maintenus en position radiale et axiale par un système entretoise qui les situe aux points de contrainte importants. Ce système est réversible car il peut être employé soit comme guidage, soit comme glissière. Champ d'application: dans le domaine de la machine-outil et plus particulièrement dans la construction d'unités d'usinage à fourreau coulissant ou à corps coulissant, de broches de perçage ou de fraisage commandées mécaniquement ou électriquement, ainsi que dans les unités constituant les centres d'usinage.
