Abstract

When a number of apartments are heated from a common heating source the expenses are shared in proportion to heat used. The heat used is measured from internal and external temperature sensors and the heating water temperature differential. The flow and return water temperatures for heating system are measured by thermistors (RHK, Ri) which are connected to an ambient temperature sensing thermistor (Ri). These thermistors are connected to the input of differential input amplifier (21) to determine average value. This is amplified (3) for a circuit (4) which multiplies by an adjustable factor control (Rq) proportional to heting characteristics of the heating body. An integrator (6) provides quantitative value of heat used.
