Abstract

The integral metallic framework for any opening in building construction has a thickness that can be adjusted using hooks to the thickness of the wall or joinery, after the framework has been partially assembled. Stretchers and risers are made up of panels that can slide across each other in direction AB when the fixing bolt is in position due to matching oblong grooves in each panel. When exact width is achieved, screw nuts on the bolts tighten the panel.
